Galactic Civilizations II is less than a week away. And we will be putting out a demo of the game after it's released. But we wanted to put some quick gameplay stuff out there. This is just a little thing we made that shows how the main UI works.

If people find this useful, we can do more.

Awesome, it looks so cool. Now I have the money in my wallet all you to do is reach out and take it (before i spend it on beer and university text books)

Also what do people that don’t have a 3 button mouse do to change the camera angles? Is there a keyboard shot cut like the Mac Ctrl Click?

There are keyboard shortcuts for changing camera and zoom and such too.

I have been saving tokens for a long time waiting for this. Looks like the wait was worth it.

This is very cool. I love the zoomed-out view and the fact that all ship components are actually physical parts of the ships. I gotta ask though, why are you putting out the demo after the release, I'd think you would want the bigger exposure by releasing it prior to the game itself?

I am a great Master of Orion 2 fan and look curious at this game. It is really very cool and I would like to see more videos like this. Will you also release a german version and when? If not... I gotta buy the english one
