WindowBlinds 4 got a 5 star out of 5 star review in today's USA Today newspaper. The review compares WindowBlinds 3 and WindowBlinds 4:

"Stardock Software's WindowBlinds 3, a nifty Windows-skinner that allowed you to customize the Windows operating system graphical interface, was good, but it was far from perfect. Not every skin worked correctly and the WindowsBlinds 3 could leave your PC and some applications less than stable, forcing some users to remove it after the novelty wore off and headaches began.

WindowsBlinds is back with version 4, and it's a five-star product that you won't want to uninstall anytime soon."

It's one of the most thorough reviews we've seen. Check it out: http://www.usatoday.com/tech/techreviews/products/2003-08-26-windows-blinds_x.htm

Tip of the Iceberg,I think,StarDock and WindowsBlinds gonna be huge,Way ahead of the times but when everyone finally catches up-You're already established.Everyone wants rid of the Fisher-Price MS theming,I think.Great news iz any news, they say in the Biz Mosh Pit.

It appears this a an article published over a month ago by the Detroit News, a local newpaper near the Stardock offices.

That's great that USA Today picked it up! It's good to see that Dokt isn't the only one reviewing Stardocks products in print.

Dokt is certainly not the only one, we're in print quite a bit.

Not to put a downer on this news story but do you think that the reason why WB 4 works so well is because it is made for Win 2000 and XP?

I was one who wished it worked on all Windows OS's but now I think Windowblinds is better off just sticking to WIN XP and 2000 and leaving 3.51 to the rest of us. This way Windowblinds can take more advatige develoment wise of XP and 2000. (The only problem is that most people still have win 98 but at least it is still skinnable with WB 3.51)

Windowblinds and Xp (LongHorn) customization will be big. And if i say so, it will be so. ( )
