Plymouth, MI- (September 15, 2005) – Game publisher Stardock Entertainment has added the award-winning adventure game Gish to its electronic distribution system, TotalGaming.net.

Gish is a twelve pound ball of tar who is “strolling” in the park one Sunday with his lady friend Brea when a shadowy figure emerges from an open man hole and pulls Brea into the ground below. Following Brea's calls for help Gish suddenly finds himself in the subterranean sewers of Dross, a long forgotten city filled with twisting corridors, evil traps and some of the most demented creatures imaginable.

Gish has several innate states of being such as making himself sticky enough to climb on surfaces, slick enough to fall through tight cracks, solid enough to crush foes or weigh down objects, and expansive enough so he can bounce to reach high areas. Using these tactics and his ability to become solid, Gish can also dispatch the various enemies he’ll come across during his adventure to rescue Brea.

Created by California based Chronic Logic, the adventure game has caused a splash in the independent gaming world and garnered several awards, including the 2005 IGF Grand Prize, 2005 IGF Innovation Game of the Year, Game Tunnel’s Game of the Year, and Home of the Underdogs Top Dog award.

System Requirements: Minimum - Windows 98/Me/2000/XP, 1 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 32 MB OpenGL Video Card; Recommended - 1.5 GHz Processor, 64 MB OpenGL Video Card

Gish is a great game. The multiplayer is cool, the story is good, and the way you control system is new and innovative. This would make an excellent DS game.
