Stardock has released WindowBlinds 4.51.  WindowBlinds is a program that enables users to change the look and feel of their Windows GUI by applying new skins called "visual styles" that can change nearly every aspect of the Windows interface (title bars, push buttons, Start bar, etc.).  The most significant new feature in WindowBlinds 4.51 is support for Windows XP 64 (for both AMD and Intel chipsets).  So now users with 64-bit Windows can skin their Windows user interface....
